Refund & Shipping Conditions
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if applicable.
Where We Ship
We currently ship from our warehouse in Denmark to over 30 countries.
Standard: 2-4 days transit. The cost is calculated at checkout.
Rest of the world
Standard: 3 to 7 days of transit.
Applicable sales tax will be charged where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to the shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
Returns on eligible items are accepted within 14 days of the order date. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 14 days
The product is in its original packaging
You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
It is not possible to get a refund for any training plans, events, or training camps from the date of the purchase.
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent or coaching plan has begun.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving our products.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from our shipping destination.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items can be refunded.
